We offer personal installment loans with term options and interest rates varying based on the offer which is presented to you (“Fig Products”). Fig Products are only available in those provinces in Canada where they may be legally offered. Please note that additional terms and conditions may apply to a specific product.

It is your responsibility to review documents between you and your financial institution to ensure that you are entitled to provide us with login information and that you understand the consequences of such disclosure and liability that may result therefrom. By using our website, mobile or online services, portal or application or applying for Fig Products, you acknowledge and are providing express consent for us to collect, use, process and disclose your personal information and have received our Privacy Statement which describes in more detail and information on how we use and protect your data. Our Privacy Statement is incorporated by reference to these Terms of Use.

Your Obligations

You agree to provide only true, accurate and complete information and not misrepresent your identity or account information. It is your responsibility to keep account information up to date and accurate at all times with us.

• assisting, enabling, or encouraging any other person to engage in any prohibited activities.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform and Fig Products for any violation of these prohibited uses. We may report suspected illegal activities to law enforcement and pursue all available legal remedies, including monetary damages and injunctive relief. Violations may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable laws.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us, our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any liability, including reasonable legal fees, related to any use of Fig Products or any violation by you or your authorized representative of these Terms of Use.
